We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Plasterer.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
- Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions to form fire-resistant and decorative surfaces.
- Mix plaster to the right consistency using hand or mechanical tools.
- Apply and smooth plaster using trowels, brushes, or spray guns.
- Create decorative textures and finishes as required.
- Repair existing plasterwork and maintain surface finishes to a high standard.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and ensure timely project delivery.
- Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials.
- The ability to work as part of a team sometimes outdoors in harsh weather conditions.
- Knowledge of material purchasing processes is beneficial.
Remuneration will be dependent on experience and skills.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant plastering experience.
- Solid understanding of different plastering techniques and finishes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials.
- Good communication and professional attitude.
Salary: Between $75,000 to $90,000 plus super, depending on experience.
