POSITION SUMMARY
The Enrolments Officer plays a key role in delivering a welcoming, efficient, and professional enrolment experience for prospective and current families. This position is responsible for managing the end‐to‐end enrolment process, maintaining accurate student records, and acting as a primary point of contact for enrolment enquiries.
Working closely with leadership and administrative staff, the Enrolments Officer ensures compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements while supporting student growth targets and community engagement initiatives.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism across diverse stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive first impression of the school and help foster strong relationships with families from initial enquiry through to confirmed enrolment.

Main Objectives
* Manage the enrolment process end‐to‐end (enquiry to commencement)
* Provide high‐quality customer service to prospective families (phone, email, in person)
* Maintain accurate enrolment records and data entry with high attention to detail and confidentiality
* Coordinate tours, interviews and enrolment communications
* Liaise with leadership and relevant staff to ensure a smooth intake and start for new students
* Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, students and parents
* Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient administration processes
* Regularly assist with administration tasks, including reception cover (as required)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills; school administration systems experience well regarded
* Support and uphold the school's Christian ethos and culture
ADDITIONAL NOTES
* This is a full time role and school holiday hours are required.
* Must comply with the School's Child Protection Policy and reporting requirements.
* Additional Duties: The staff member may be required to undertake responsibilities and attend to tasks outside the usual scope of their role, as directed by the Principal or Business Manager, to support the needs of the school.
