Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety Professional to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, review, and continuously improve the company's health and safety management systems.
* Cultivate a health and safety best practice culture through effective relationships, consultation, and training to foster individual engagement and ownership.
* Provide proactive leadership across the organization regarding processes and procedures.
* Coordinate, educate, and mentor health and safety teams and staff.
* Contribute to business change initiatives that interact with health and safety matters.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Health & Safety role in construction.
* Current valid driver's license.
* A proven background in developing, implementing, and maintaining best practice safety and environmental systems.
