Multiple Casual Facilities Manager Positions based around Perth.
Your duties include:
- Planning and Coordination: You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments within our facilities
- Maintenance Management: Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Building Inspections: Regularly inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Cost Optimisation: Review utilities consumption and strive to minimise costs
- Team Supervision: Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors
- Space Allocation: Allocate office space according to organisational needs
- Insurance and Contracts: Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Record Keeping: Maintain financial and non-financial records
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working in Facilities Management or similar
- Strong communication skills
