St Nicks Early Learning is a warm, community-focused early education service with two Yarralumla-based campuses: St Nicks Hellenica and St Nicks Botanica.

We are seeking a Childcare Worker to take on an assistant role who is enthusiastic about Early Childhood Education, enjoys collaborative project work, and is eager to grow their skills and career within a supportive teaching team.
Key roles and responsibilities:
* Creating engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments
* Observing, documenting, and extending children's learning
* Working collaboratively with the team to manage routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and rest
* Building strong relationships with families during drop-off and pick-up
* Contributing positively to a warm, respectful, and creative team culture

Hourly rate is negotiable based on qualifications and experience. We are offering a full-time position as our preferred option. Part-time arrangements may be considered, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
