Senior Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact projects that shape essential infrastructure across NSW.
About the Role:
This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong leadership and project management skills. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver critical projects across NSW for our government account.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage your project delivery team.
* Oversee project delivery within scope, on time, and on budget.
* Resource planning, recruitment, allocation, and performance management.
* Build trusted partnerships with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
* Drive exceptional service and profitability across contracts.
* Contribute to business development, tenders, and proposals.
* Ensure compliance with systems, contracts, and HSEQ requirements.
What We're Looking For:
* A proven track record in managing facilities, operations, or project management.
* Strong leadership with a proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams.
* Expertise in WHS management, contract management, and client engagement.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
* Advanced problem-solving and project management skills.
* Excellent relationship management with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
* Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Building Systems, or Business.
* WHS White Card; former trade experience is desirable.
