The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who wants to build a long‐term career, not just fill a seat. This is a hands‐on role that splits your time between driving and facility operations. You'll be the face of Grace on the road, delivering and collecting records for our clients across Darwin, and a key part of the warehouse team when you're on site.

What You'll Do
Driving & Deliveries
* Deliver and collect archive boxes and records to/from client sites across Darwin.
* Represent Grace professionally at every client interaction, you are our front line.
* Complete delivery paperwork and system updates accurately and on time.
Warehouse & Facility Operations (training provided)
* Load, unload, and move stock manual and at times using a forklift.
* Organise and maintain warehouse layout and inventory accuracy.
* Process and sort incoming and outgoing records to standard.
* Carry out basic facility maintenance and housekeeping.
Quality, Compliance & Teamwork
* Follow standard operating procedures for every task, no shortcuts.
* Meet throughput and accuracy targets consistently.
* Adhere to WHS, manual handling, and confidentiality requirements.
* Work closely with the wider operations team to meet client SLAs.
About You
You're someone who values reliability, consistency, and doing things the right way. You're looking for a company where hard work and good performance are noticed and rewarded with real career progression.
You bring
* A current forklift licence (LF ticket).
* A track record of staying in roles, ideally 2+ years in previous position(s).
* Physical fitness for manual handling, loading, and repetitive warehouse tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and a process‐driven mindset.
* Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work.
* Clear communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients face to face.
* Able to pass NT Police probity and valid Australian work rights.
Nice to have
* Experience in warehousing, logistics, or records management.
* Previous client‐facing delivery or field service roles.
