About the Client
Our client is a respected industry leader delivering critical infrastructure projects across Australia. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join their team on the Singleton Bypass project. This temporary position will provide essential support during a team members leave and assist with various administrative and finance tasks.
What you will be doing
As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for the below duties:
* Assisting with payroll, accounts, and general administration tasks
* Managing plant hire charges, fuel reconciliations, and journal entries
* Supporting the Site Administrator during leave periods
* Using Excel for data management and reporting
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
* Previous experience in administration, payroll, or accounts
* Strong Excel skills, including data entry and reconciliation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced construction site environment
