About the Role - Diploma Educator (New Centre Launch)
As a Diploma Educator at Bright Steps Academy Victor Harbor / Chiton, you will play an important role in launching and building a high-quality early learning environment. You will:
* Create nurturing, engaging learning environments that support each child's development
* Work collaboratively with educators to deliver quality programs aligned with the EYLF
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Support the development of daily routines, room set-up, and learning spaces in a brand new centre
* Contribute to planning, documentation, and reflective practice to meet quality standards
* Maintain safe supervision and promote inclusion, wellbeing, and belonging for every child
* Ensure practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
What You'll Bring
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
* A genuine passion for early learning and supporting children to thrive
* Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and early childhood best practice
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive, positive, and professional approach
* Current Working With Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
