We are looking to engage a skilled and experienced AI Business Analyst to deliver solutions utilising MS Copilot and others with our Fed Gov client.
We're looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst to be the bridge between business problems and AI capabilities, translating needs into clear, testable user stories for our agile teams. Your work will focus on shaping ethical, transparent, and compliant AI services, ensuring the right human controls and auditability are in place throughout the AI lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business, data, and AI requirements, decomposing them into epics, features, and user stories.
- Define non-functional needs specific to AI, such as transparency, robustness, and security.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to translate outcomes into model objectives and data constraints.
- Develop acceptance criteria and test cases for AI/ML features, including shadow testing and A/B trials.
- Contribute to privacy assessments and ensure alignment with our internal AI and data governance policies.
- Support change management, communications, and training for new AI-enabled processes and tools.
You must be an Australian Citizens with ta Baseline security clearance will be considered for this role.
