We're looking for a driven Sales Engineer to grow market share and build lasting relationships across diverse industries - from aerospace and medtech to automotive, mining, agriculture, machining, and specialist components. Reporting to the Regional General Manager AU/NZ, you\'ll "own" the full sales process and have the prospect to make a genuine impact in a growth-focused business.

What you\'ll do:

- Develop and execute individual sales plans to achieve targets.
- Build, nurture, and grow relationships across key industries.
- Engage with customers to deliver tailored, value-added solutions.
- Present technical solutions and negotiate proposals at all levels.
- Manage your own CRM, pipeline, and sales reporting.
- Stay at the forefront of market trends and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions on time.

What you bring:

- 5-10 years of technical sales experience.
- Background in machining, toolmaking, metal cutting, or process engineering (highly regarded).
- Knowledge of carbide, CBN, or diamond tools/materials (desirable but not essential).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- A self-starter mindset with the drive to operate independently.
- Analytical approach with strong data and computer skills.
- Current driver\'s licence and legal working rights in Australia.
