Family Law Specialist
We are seeking a Family Law specialist to join our team, providing expert representation in Family Court proceedings.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Family Law, with strong knowledge of property and parenting file management. They will be required to manage client expectations, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be able to travel interstate for work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing client expectations and ensuring excellent communication
* Representing clients in Family Court proceedings
* Drafting court documents to a high standard
* Ability to appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates will require:
* Admission to the High Court and Supreme Court
* At least 2 years PA experience in Family Law
* Strong drafting and communication skills
