**About the Role**:
In the role of Guest Service Officer you will be responsible for the guest's arrival and departure experience. Reporting to the Room Division Manager, you will be enjoying an inclusive working environment within a dynamic team that extends beyond the realms of Front Office.

**Main Responsibilities**:
In a part time capacity you will be responsible for the check in/ out of guests including cashiering. You will be conducting and taking care calls with guests, coordinating and programming wake up calls and assisting guests with general enquiries
**Qualifications**:
- Whilst prior Front Office experience is great, we are interested in your personality and passion for extending care to our guests, as well as your general customer service experience.
- Our guests enjoy our service and care 24/7 and so we do require flexibility with a mixture of morning, evening and overnight shifts on any day of the week including weekends and Public Holidays
- A valid visa with relevant working rights in Australia are a must.
