Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on site.
* Maintain strong quality and safety standards, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the wider team to achieve seamless project delivery.
* Provide clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout each stage of the project.
About You
* Proven experience delivering commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders.
* Relevant trade qualifications or construction management background highly regarded.
