Dynamic Modular Constructions is a leading provider of high-quality modular buildings. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter to join our team in Picton, NSW. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified tradesperson looking to build experience in commercial construction.
As a key member of our construction team, you will be involved in the erection, fit-out, and cladding of our modular buildings, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
* Construction and installation of modular building floors, frames, walls, and roofing
* Installation of cladding, insulation, doors, windows, and associated mouldings and trims
* Accurate interpretation of construction drawings
* Use of hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Adhering to WHS standards and ensuring proper maintenance of tools and equipment
* Predominantly factory-based work, with occasional site work as required
Requirements:
* Recently qualified in carpentry, with some practical experience (residential or commercial)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Good time management skills and ability to work well in a team
* Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Valid driver's licence (preferred)
* Must be a permanent resident of Australia
Previous experience in modular construction is an advantage, but training will be provided to the right candidate.
