Corporate Services Leader
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Services Leader to join our dynamic leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the school's operational and financial success.
About the Role
The Corporate Services Leader is responsible for managing the delivery of corporate services, supporting educational management activities, and leading the development of systemic change within the school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of administrative, financial, and human resources support, including supervision of lower-level staff.
* Lead the day-to-day supervision, performance monitoring, and capability development of school support staff.
* Support the Principal in budget preparation and financial administration.
* Monitor facilities and grounds maintenance, liaise with contractors, coordinate repairs, and oversee planned and unplanned maintenance budgets.
* Build strong professional networks with Business Managers, staff, and community representatives to promote best-practice corporate service delivery and support talent development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high level of autonomy and ability to operate independently in a dynamic and complex environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy to build trust and manage sensitive situations.
* A proven track record of providing high-level administrative support, problem-solving, research, and development of evidence-based recommendations.
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Experience in budget preparation, financial administration, and resource management.
* Knowledge of departmental guidelines and procedures related to procurement, maintenance, and sustainability of school resources and equipment.
