Senior Officer Role
The role of Senior Officer is to provide expert advice and guidance on practice implementation and evaluation. They will be responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of comprehensive programs and practices that meet the needs of the Youth Justice NSW offender population.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level advice on program delivery and develop strategies for improving practice outcomes.
* Conduct research and analysis to inform the development of new programs and practices, and evaluate the effectiveness of existing ones.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain best-practice approaches to program delivery.
* Develop and deliver training programs to support staff in implementing evidence-based practices.
* Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in practice implementation and evaluation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to travel extensively within the South Western Directorate.
