As an Enablement Programs Specialist at Pega, you'll play a critical role in bringing world-class enablement programs to life for our Solution Consultants, Consultants, and Partners around the globe.This role is all about execution and momentum.
You'll be the operational engine behind enablement—owning scheduling, logistics, communications, and session coordination—so our facilitators and subject matter experts can focus on delivering exceptional learning experiences.
If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work at a groundbreaking enterprise technology company, this role is for you.What You'll Do at Pega:Keep Enablement Running Like ClockworkCoordinate the day-to-day logistics for live, virtual, and hybrid enablement sessionsManage schedules, calendars, enrollments, session setup, materials, and recordingsEnsure sessions start on time, run smoothly, and deliver a great experience for learnersSupport Facilitators & Subject Matter ExpertsTake the administrative and logistical load off facilitators so they can focus on teaching and coachingPrepare rosters, facilitator briefs, and session materialsBe the go-to operational support during live sessionsCreate a Great Learner ExperienceOwn learner communications—from invites and reminders to follow-ups and recordingsMake sure learners have the right access, tools, and materials before each sessionHelp reduce no-shows, confusion, and last-minute issues through clear communication and planningTrack, Report & ImproveTrack attendance, completion, and feedback across programsMaintain clean, accurate records in enablement systemsHelp identify ways to improve processes, templates, and run-of-show checklistsHelp Scale Global EnablementSupport programs across multiple regions and time zonesAssist with partner enablement sessions that require extra coordination across companies and audiencesContribute to repeatable, scalable enablement operationsWho You Are:You are a dependable, organized professional who takes pride in operational excellence.
