As a Senior Field Service Technician you will be responsible for providing team support and assisting other team members in the delivery of work and servicing our expanding portfolio of Defence/Government as well as some commercial sites working across various products including Security, Controls and Automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment
* Configuration, diagnosis of faults, repairs, and programming of BMS control systems
* Load software and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required
* Minor project management of service projects and small works including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved
* Technical consulting, design, and implementation of Honeywell and third-party Systems
Key Experience & Capabilities:
* At least two years’ experience with Honeywell or third-party control systems and products
* Trade Certificate an advantage E.g. Cert II / III Telecommunications or Electrotechnology Electrician
* BMS or security experience is highly regarded
* Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipment
* Configuration, diagnosis of faults, repairs, and programming of building services
* Baseline security clearance or NV1 preferred; however, the ability to maintain Government security clearance is required
