My client is seeking an administrator to cover annual leave, commencing 30/8/23 until 4/10/23

This role is to perform a range of administrative and secretarial duties to support wider team

**Responsibilities**:

- A friendly first point of contact by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing visitors appropriately
- Support the day-to-day operational and administrative functions for their Brisbane office including managing stock supplies, approving invoices, managing room bookings and keeping the space tidy, managing office maintenance and setting up for workshops/events/meetings where required
- Liaising with building management for maintenance and repairs for the office
- Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes and systems
- Coordinate and run virtual and in-person events and workshops
- Champion WHS in the office

**Requirements**:

- Well presented & a team player
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent MS Office experience

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 weeks

**Salary**: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fortitude Valley, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (required)

- Australia (required)
