Job Description
Come and join us as a Part Time 3IC/Supervisor at Prouds Victoria Park! This is an excellent opportunity for motivated sales superstars who want to develop their leadership skills in a supportive environment.
We are looking for individuals with experience in supervising customer-focused teams, who can drive sales and motivate staff to achieve beyond their targets and KPIs. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences, and have a passion for merchandising and stock management.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve sales targets and KPIs. They will also contribute to the development of Team Members through feedback and training, maintain awareness of stock movement to control shrinkage, and ensure our products are showcased in line with promotional guidelines.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
* Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets
* Contribute to the development of Team Members through feedback and training
* Maintain an awareness of stock movement to provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
* Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set up guidelines
Operational requirements include stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks.
