Senior Business Performance Analyst Your new company

Your new role
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and project teams across the organisation. Your work will help shape strategic decisions and ensure financial integrity across programs and initiatives.
Provide financial analysis, modelling and insights that guide business strategy.
Support feasibility studies, budget development and scenario planning for major projects.
Review commercial documents such as expressions of interest and tenders, contributing to recommendations for approval.
Present financial performance results and projections to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
Maintain accurate financial and project data across organisational systems.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and risk management.
You'll operate with autonomy and be accountable for the quality and reliability of all financial insights and advice you deliver.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or accounting, plus full professional membership (CPA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
Strong experience in management accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and reporting.
Strong experience with Power BI
Understanding of project delivery, commercial contracting and/or property or capital development environments.
Advanced capability in financial modelling, forecasting and data visualisation.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Resilience, sound judgement and the ability to influence and negotiate across diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
What you'll get in return
