Key Responsibilities
* Offer support to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving gaming-related issues efficiently.
* Monitor gaming activities to maintain compliance with rules and regulations.
* Maintain the gaming area's high standard of cleanliness and organization.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve smooth operations and optimize guest satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
* Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Proven customer service skills.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
