Department for Health and Wellbeing – Clinical Systems Support and Improvement – Safety and Quality Salary: $85,790 to $95,413 – ASO5 – Full Time / Ongoing appointment Overview: The Executive Coordinator / Project Officer is responsible for: Planning, coordinating and delivering a range of executive support services for the Director Safety and Quality that contribute to the efficient operations within the Safety and Quality Unit.
Planning, coordinating and implementing effective project and administrative support systems.
Providing efficient and professional executive support to high level committees.
Coordinating the preparation of, and providing confidential advice to a range of stakeholders, including pre-emptive management of emails, preparation of reports, briefing notes, data collection and analysis to assist the resolution of complex and sensitive issues.
Contributing to the development and implementation of the Safety and Quality Unit and Divisional priorities.
