Supported by a dedicated account executive and an administrative hub, you will provide quality advice while building relationships within a collaborative team environment. This role will allow you to manage an existing portfolio whilst also leveraging from internal referral structures to ensure ongoing growth and development.

The role:
* Manage an existing portfolio and build relationships with key existing clients and new business prospects
* Provide timely, appropriate advice across the full spectrum of commercial insurance servicing a range of industries
* Lead a small, experienced team and ensure that workflows are managed and renewal cycles are met
* Attend regular Adviser Meetings to report on tasks, KPIs, budgets, and relevant client matters
The requirements:
* Previous experience as a commercial Insurance Broker/Account Executive
* Experience leading others in a Broking environment and the ability to coordinate resources to meet and exceed client expectations
* Tier 1 Broking qualifications are essential
* Strong commercial acumen
