**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the effective and timely management of the customer support department by offering exceptional customer service to our builder customer base.

This role is critical in providing accurate and timely administrative support and customer service and makes a significant contribution to business performance to ensure the overall success of the team.

Your infectious passion for sales and service will naturally generate demand, interest, and excitement for Beaumont's customers and inspire them with an outstanding "experience" every time.

To be successful in this dynamic role, you will need to bring:

- An aptitude to initiate and manage sales orders, stock, transport and back orders - including revisions and adjustments.
- Expert knowledge to provide estimations and quotes to the customer base - including managing revisions and adjustments.
- Initiative to set up projects and commencement processes.
- Efficiency to follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction guarantee is achieved.
- Ability to guide the client through an efficient, speedy, and active transaction process.
- Capacity to build strong relationships with both customers and supplier.
