Overview
This is a high-impact, contract role leading the end-to-end change strategy for a significant program affecting distributed frontline teams and finance operations.
* Implement and embed an endorsed change management strategy for a billing automation project
* Partner with project leads, business sponsors, and operational leaders to drive alignment and delivery
* Conduct detailed impact assessments and change readiness evaluations
* Develop and execute targeted communications, engagement, and training programs adjusted for varying levels of digital literacy
* Monitor progress and use feedback and insights to iterate and improve
