Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estate Upkeep professional to join our team.
* Manage a team to deliver estate maintenance services on Defence sites.
* Capture performance metrics and KPIs for Estate Upkeep work.
* Ensure all work meets required standards and requirements.
* Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery.
* Provide asset condition data.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
1. Leading a team to undertake trades work and deliver estate maintenance services within Defence sites.
2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
3. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
4. Managing risk and identifying opportunities for improvement.
5. Providing regular reports and updates on asset condition.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A trade certificate in Carpentry, Plumbing, or Electrical.
* General trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision experience.
* Working knowledge of asset compliance/management techniques.
