As a leader in fixed plant operations, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of safe and high-quality siteworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership for the execution of OEM shutdowns, installations, and overhauls.
* Supervise trades teams and ensure timely completion of works.
* Conduct daily pre-start meetings and foster a strong on-site safety culture.
* Monitor work progress and escalate technical or resourcing issues as needed.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within defined tolerances.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, experience in supervising trades teams, and a proven track record of leading fixed plant operations.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trades or Fixed and Mobile Plant Mechanic.
* Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Valid Western Australian Driver's Licence.
* Construction White Card.
* Section 44 or Section 26 Appointment.
* Working at Heights certification.
* Confined Space certification.
* Gas Test Atmospheres certification.
* Demonstrated First Fire Attack training.
