Commercial Construction – Ceilings & Linings
Urban Set is a growing commercial construction business specialising in high-end ceilings, partitions and fit-out works across office, commercial and retail projects. With a strong pipeline of projects and an expanding team, we are seeking an organised and motivated Contracts Administrator / Project Administrator to support our project delivery team.
This role will work closely with our project managers, estimators and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly from contract award through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist Project Managers with contract administration across multiple projects
* Prepare and track subcontract agreements, purchase orders and variations
* Assist with progress claims and payment schedules
* Maintain project documentation, registers and correspondence
* Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings and approvals
* Monitor subcontractor compliance, insurances and documentation
* Assist with procurement and supplier coordination
* Support the team with project reporting and general administration
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a contracts administration or project administration role within construction (preferred)
* Experience in commercial fit-out, ceilings & partitions, or interior trades highly regarded
* Strong organisation and document management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with construction software advantageous
