Opportunity
- Independent GP-Owned Practice - Working hours are based on 8 am - 4.30 pm weekdays - Patient & staff parking is available
- Choose your appointment times, you have full clinical independence
THE OPPORTUNITY - You\'ll be supported with full nursing coverage
- Allied Health support is available - Skin Cancer, minor procedures, women\'s health, and chronic disease management GP sub-specialties are in demand
- You will earn $150/ hour, or 65-70% of billings, whichever is higher
- Likely earnings $250,000-$450,000 before tax each year
Responsibilities
* Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
* Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients\' physical and mental health
* Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
* Vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases
* Advise patients and their families on health care including health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention
* Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
Location
DPA/MM6, Karratha, has is a thriving coastal mining city. The existing patient base draws from nearby locations, and there is a significant a shortage of General Practitioners accross the Pilbara region

About You / Qualifications
* This role will suit a General Practitioner who holds FRACGP, FACRRM, or a comparable specialist pathway qualification
* Will suit NHS trained MRCGPs on the Expedited Pathway, as well as those on the RACGP PEP Specialist Pathway
