Resident - Front Office Supervisor – Full Time (On-Site Accommodation Provided)
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Front Office Supervisor to join our team in a live-on-site role. This is a full-time position and a rare opportunity for someone with proven hospitality experience to enjoy both a great career and the convenience of on-site accommodation.
Sorrento Beach Resort is a 4-star resort located on the coast, just 20 minutes North of Perth. The resort offers a combination of hotel and apartment style accommodation, catering for many guests including couples, corporate clients, families and groups.
What we’re looking for
- Previous Front Office/Reception experience (essential)
- Experience with Opera booking system (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A skilled and welcoming manner with guests
- Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings based on a 7-day rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 9pm
Key responsibilities
- Managing guest check-in and check-out
- Handling reservations, enquiries, and daily front desk operations
- Ensuring a high standard of guest service
- Handling guest concerns and feedback in a timely manner
- Attend to and be responsible for after-hours guest needs
