The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Sommelier to join the opening team at Golden Avenue. You will work closely with the Head Sommelier to deliver high-quality wine service, assist in pairing guidance, and contribute to the overall energy and pace of the floor.
* Previous experience in wine service within a quality-focused venue
* Strong administrative skills including ordering, invoicing, and stock management
* Confidence in cellar organisation and maintaining inventory systems
* Ability to support service and guide junior wine staff
* WSET certificate is highly regarded
* RSA & Food Safety Certificate required
* A calm, organised and professional approach to busy service periods
* Availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
