About the Role:
The Business Services Officer supports the Business Services unit with the timely and efficient management of business and administrative services for the branch and division. The role is focussed on providing efficient and effective fleet management, financial, business operations and governance administration for the branch.
Improve financial performance and fleet management practices by conducting regular internal audits and maintaining accurate data and fleet records.
Process corporate accounts in accordance with Treasurer's Instruction 11 and late payment interest legislation, including accurate and timely monthly reporting.
General administrative support and assistance is provided across Business Services as required.
Provides effective and efficient business and administrative support including preparation of correspondence and reports as required.
Ensure compliance with legislated requirements through the effective coordination of fleet administration functions.
Maintains professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Contract:
Temporary Backfill Contract up to 12 months
Desirable Qualifications:
An appropriate qualification in business administration or a relevant discipline.
Special Conditions:
May be required to participate in responses to state emergencies or associated duties.
You must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or provide evidence that you hold a valid working visa that allows you to work in Australia without restrictions.
A current class "C" driver's licence.
May be required to undertake intra or interstate travel, occasional overnight absences, and work outside of the normal hours of work.
Prior to being employed, the successful applicant will be required to obtain a National Police Check.
Remuneration:
ASO3 ($67,589 min - $72,033 max) p.a.
