Goldfields Oasis is seeking a passionate and skilled Casual Swim Instructor to join our dynamic team. This role will involve delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of various skill levels, while continuously adapting teaching techniques to ensure maximum engagement and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and conduct swimming lessons, modifying teaching techniques as needed to suit individual student requirements.
* Regularly provide updates on student progress to the Senior Officer Swim School/Pool Deck Supervisor.
* Maintain the highest standards of safety for all students and address any unsafe conditions on the pool deck.
* Establish and uphold exceptional customer service and public relations, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all Centre patrons.
* Collaborate with the Senior Officer Swim School and other instructors to enhance the development of the Oasis Swim School.
* Maintain accurate records of participants and other relevant documentation as requested.
* Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of Swim School resources.
* Provide sufficient notice to the Senior Officer and Pool Deck Supervisor if unable to attend a scheduled shift.
