Remote position with global opportunities; reflects Epicor’s focus on data, AI, and cognitive ERP to help businesses stay future-ready.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual consulting sales quotas and weekly pipeline creation goals.
- Facilitates efficient and in-depth product demonstrations for customers with the Sales Solutions team.
- Introduces new product offerings and functionalities to the customer base, keeping them informed about latest product enhancements and new releases.
- Creates long-term relationships within the customer leadership team and develops reference ability within the install base.
- Partners with others within Epicor to sell the solution.
- Conducts account and territory planning.
- Generates leads through social selling and leveraging one’s network.
- Follows up on company-generated leads and creative marketing campaigns within your territory.
- Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Proven presentation and demonstration skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
- 2+ years of ERP experience.
- 2+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- 2+ years’ account management and/or consulting sales experience, including customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of consistent quota attainment.
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of applicable experience with a demonstrated record of success.
- 2+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing, distribution, or technology industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and relevant technical certifications.
