We are now looking for a marketing lead who can help bring our story and our projects to life.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Marketing Executive to help bring our residential projects to life, from strategy to execution. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing and working closely with other key stakeholders, you’ll drive brand awareness, coordinate campaigns, manage digital presence, and support sales enablement across Urbane Homes, partners and client projects.
What You’ll Do
Strategic & Project Marketing
Develop and manage strategic marketing plans for active and upcoming housing and land projects
Work with senior stakeholders to align campaign activity with business and sales objectives
Contribute to community brand development, naming, and visual identity for new project launches
Ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative across customer touchpoints
Oversee creative production of campaign materials, including:
Project brochures, sales kits, and displays
EDMs and database content
Websites and landing pages
Renders, photography, and signage
Manage external creative suppliers, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Digital Marketing
Manage digital advertising and online presence across realestate.com.au, Domain, Facebook, and Google
Execute content strategies and paid campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement
Optimise SEO and content updates across Urbane project websites
Track campaign performance and make data-informed recommendations
CRM & Marketing Automation
Administer CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Campaign Monitor), manage contact data, and enable marketing automation
Segment and maintain prospect lists to support targeted communications
Analyse campaign effectiveness and support conversion through CRM-driven insights
Equip the internal sales team with collateral, pricing briefs, and promotional materials
Help deliver sales training sessions, display and project launches, and VIP events
Ensure communication between marketing and sales is consistent and up to date
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct ongoing competitor monitoring and market research (projects, pricing, trends)
Compile monthly reporting dashboards and campaign reviews
Deliver strategic insights to inform pricing, positioning, and product design
About You

Prepared to travel locally and domestically when required
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Property, or a related field
Experience
2-3+ years of experience in residential property marketing or an agency servicing property client
Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns and collateral for property developments
Comfortable using CRM and CMS platforms (e.g. HubSpot, WordPress, Campaign Monitor)
Familiarity with design workflows and Adobe Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop)
Demonstrated success in digital campaign execution and analysis
