Job Overview
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of omnichannel campaigns and experiences, with a strong emphasis on in-store activities.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end campaign rollouts across retail channels, encompassing physical signage, pricing, screen content, VM toolkits, and more.
* Oversee the dispatch and upload process for digital in-store screens, including digital pricing.
* Manage internal communications with store and head office teams, providing timely updates, launches, promotions, and operational changes.
* Liaise with creative, brand, and commercial teams to facilitate brief traffic and timeline management.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for store teams seeking campaign information, signage, or communication support.
* Collaborate in bringing brand activations and in-store events to life, focusing on logistics, materials, and execution.
* Provide support to the Brand Experience Manager - Retail during store openings, seasonal changeovers, and local area marketing activities.
