We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our culinary team and contribute to preparing fresh, nutritious meals for students.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Prepare healthy meals in bulk quantities
 * Develop menu ideas using local ingredients
 * Manage stock levels and minimize food waste
 * Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Required Qualifications:
 * Cert III Commercial Cookery or equivalent
 * Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
 * Experience in cooking for large groups
 * Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety practices
