Senior Maintenance Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations in Port Hedland. The successful candidate will oversee workshop setup and mobilisation, mentor maintenance leaders, and drive continuous improvement across ReGroup's haulage assets and multiple operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead workshop setup and mobilisation across project sites, including infrastructure, systems, and inventory management.
* Mentor and support maintenance leaders, conducting performance reviews and driving professional development.
* Oversee audits for safety, compliance, and cost control across Port Hedland and remote workshops.
* Provide direction to the haulage administration team and ensure adherence to operational objectives.
* Support the rollout of ERP, HSEQ, and BI systems to optimise operational efficiency.
* Analyse maintenance data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
* Manage IT and workshop infrastructure, ensuring systems and processes meet operational demands.
* Partner with procurement, operations, and project teams to deliver practical, cost-effective maintenance solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a senior maintenance leadership role, ideally within bulk/heavy haulage.
* Strong knowledge of workshop operations, maintenance systems, and compliance requirements.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse teams across multiple sites.
* A proactive approach to continuous improvement, safety, and cost management.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement change.
* Flexibility to travel to project sites and provide hands‑on support when required.
