Overview
Acting in all aspects of complex consumer law; Federal Court work only; work with a former international top-tier partner in a boutique; Associate/SA; Cartel litigation; Consumer law (advertising and marketing).
Responsibilities
* Will see you act for your clients on all aspects of complex consumer law including applications for merger clearances to the ACCC (as part of global mergers), ACCC investigations and disputes.
* Appear in specialist tribunals including the Australian Competition Tribunal, as well as New South Wales Courts and Federal Court.
Skills & experience
* You will be competition litigation & consume law lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level who would like to act for some of Australia's major corporations, and the ACCC.
