**About the role**
Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for their residential aged care facility based in Rockingham.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure the delivery of effective care services
- Oversee the assessment, planning, delivery and monitoring of all care
- Provide education and mentorship to clinical staff
- Ensure the facility operates in line with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and professional standards
- Participate in and contribute to quality improvement and continuous improvement programs
- Maintain contact with families through scheduled conferences
- Provide clinical support, guidance and advice to management
- Oversee and report on any clinical incidents and care related events
- Supervise medication management in accordance with regulations, policies and scope of practice
- Assist with the development and reporting of budgets
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within aged care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and positively influence a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of person-centred support
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check
- Willingness to obtain or provide proof of Influenza & Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
