ABOUT THE ROLE
Ecoliv is on the lookout for a creative and switched-on Digital Marketing Co-ordinator who loves turning ideas into engaging digital experiences. If you’re equal parts content creator and campaign optimiser, this is your chance to make a real impact in a growing, purpose-driven business.
Working closely with the Business Manager and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help bring our brand to life across social, web, email and paid channels—driving awareness, engagement and quality leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Bringing the Sales & Marketing Strategy to life through well-executed digital campaigns
* Planning, creating and scheduling standout content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Google
* Managing a monthly social media content calendar aligned with key themes and launches
* Creating engaging digital content including static posts, reels, stories and short-form video
* Supporting and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
* Monitoring performance, testing ideas and optimising campaigns based on insights
* Updating website content, improving SEO and supporting a strong user experience
* Tracking results, preparing reports and turning data into clear recommendations
* Collaborating with sales, design and external partners to support campaigns, launches and events
* Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone and compliance standards
About You
* You have experience in a digital marketing or marketing co-ordinator role
* You’re confident managing social platforms and scheduling tools like Later
* You enjoy creating content and aren’t afraid of short-form video or design tools like Canva
* You understand digital performance metrics and enjoy improving results over time
* You’re organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects
* You’re a team player with strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
What You’ll Bring
* A qualification in Marketing or a related field
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics tools
* Knowledge of SEO, website CMS platforms and email/CRM systems
* A curious mindset and a drive to keep learning and improving
This is a part time role with hours of work able to be negotiated.
