To be successful in this role you will have :
* A recognised
* Bachelor degree (AQF 7) in education, with an LLND focus
* OR
* A recognised postgraduate qualification (AQF 8 or higher) in LLND
* OR
* A Qualification at AQF5 (or above) + TAELLN skillset (TAESS00026 or predecessor)
* From an accredited Australian Higher Education Institution, or a qualification recognised as equivalent to the stated AQF level or higher by the Australian Government Country Education Profiles (CEPs) tool
* Minimum of one-year post‑qualification experience in teaching
* Please note this is below the requirements of the Teacher PD as industry experience is less important than teaching experience
* Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a diploma or higher level qualification in adult education
* Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer / assessor competence.
Note: successful applicants with an AQF 5 must complete Adult Literacy and Numeracy Teaching (AL&NT) NNR within 18 months of engagement
