Where you'll be working
Macquarie Hospital
What you'll be doing
You will be working alongside the Operations Manager and other key stakeholders to provide corporate services administrative support to the site.
Key duties will include:
* Administrative support to the Operations manager.
* Coordination of administrative functions of the staff accommodation.
* Coordination of the hospital mailroom.
* Secretariat for key meetings and committees.
* Preparing correspondence and formal report writing.
* Development and management of the hospital intranet and SharePoint pages.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
* Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
* Excellent oral and written skills, and with demonstrated experience in preparing formal documentation.
* Well developed computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint.
