The opportunity

The primary objectives of the position are to:

* Be a trusted advisor and foster active partnerships across the business and be an interface for clear and user-friendly information between finance and operations.
* Provide support to the Head of Finance in the preparation of timely and accurate financial and management accounting information.
* Provide high level financial analysis, strategic advice and support across the organisation and drive process improvement.
* Provide leadership and support to the Financial Partnering team and Payroll Advisor.


About you

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

* Degree (minimum) in Business or Accounting, and membership with Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand or CPA Australia.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and prepare and deliver finance information to varied audiences in a professional manner.
* Demonstrated experience in financial partnering and leading a high‑performing team in delivering quality financial services that achieve business goals.
* Demonstrated experience in commercial analysis including business modelling.
* Demonstrated experience in providing business-focused analysis, strategic advice and support across the organisation, with a focus on identifying and driving business improvements.
* High level computer competency utilising a range of business applications.
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
