About the role
Gill Accounting & Taxation is seeking, a full-time receptionist with the desire to transition into the accounting and taxation profession. Hours- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must be proficient and best at customer service. We are seeking an individual who not only meet but exceed customer expectations consistently.
As you will be the first point of contact for our clientele; your desired qualities will include:
* Excellent communication skills;
* Strong computer skills, in particular experience with Word, Excel & Outlook;
* High attention to detail;
* Be able to work unassisted;
* Drivers licence;
* Outstanding customer service and support through various channels, including phone and email.
About the role
* Customer service;
* Answering & transferring incoming telephone calls;
* Arranging appointments;
* Daily collection & drop off, of mail & banking;
* Daily mail & banking processing;
* Typing of letters;
* Scanning & binding;
* Electronic filing;
* Ordering office equipment;
* Assisting accounting staff with general admin duties and data entry
We are looking for someone who has an enthusiastic and friendly manner, with a can-do attitude. The successful application must have basic computer and Microsoft office knowledge.
