Our client is a leading Australian supplier of construction equipment that offers service and support through their extensive nationwide dealer network.
Japanese or Chinese Speaking Logistics Admin Executive will ensure the prompt processing of invoices, orders, inventory, scheduling deliveries providing customers with an excellence of service in conjunction with the company expectations, policies & procedures and KPI's.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for inbound & invoice management.
- Coordinate onboarding for new members and assign daily jobs/tasks under instructions of supervisor.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, proactive, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to all customer inquiries
- Responsible for processing of orders including all relevant paperwork
- Communicate and coordinate delivery schedule with transport companies.
- Liaise with warehouse staff.
- Arrange truck bookings for deliveries.
- Monitor delivery status. If there is any issue, communicate directly & promptly with customers.
- Issue process invoices to customers and suppliers.
- General administration tasks, e.g., supplier invoices/ payment data entry
- Participate in stocktake activities, e.g., inventory adjustments/control.
- Follow any additional or tasks as per the request of management.
