Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a national, retail market leader in Brisbane who are looking for an IT Technician to assist with a Windows 11 upgrade project. You'll be assisting with the following:-
* Assisting with a state-wide Windows 11 upgrade.
* Going to different sites every week and providing timely technical support to end users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Azure AD and Office 365 applications.
* Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
Details:
* 5 days WFO in Fortitude Valley.
* Working in a Microsoft & Windows 11 environment.
* Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week.
* Possibility of extensions are highly likely.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Level 2 IT Technician role.
* Decent knowledge of Azure Active Directory ( Entra ), Intune and experience using an ITSM tool.
* Basic understanding of hardware & networking concepts and troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
