Meritor Homes is an award-winning luxury home builder delivering bespoke architecturally designed homes and premium residential developments across Perth.
We are seeking a high-calibre New Home Sales Consultant to join our team and represent some of Perth's finest custom homes.
This role suits a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with discerning clients and delivering a premium customer experience.
This role will suit an experienced property sales professional comfortable working with bespoke homes typically finished valued between $3m and $5m.
In addition to new home consultations, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to sell completed luxury homes and earn strong commission income.
The role is split approximately 50% office-based client consultations and 50% display home hosting.
The Opportunity
Consult with clients looking to build high-end custom homes
Present Meritor Homes' architectural designs, specifications and building capability
Host inspections at display homes and completed residences
Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to contract
Assist in the sale of high-value completed homes
Maintain and contribute to Meritor Homes' social media presence on Facebook and Instagram
Work closely with our design and construction teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience in property, new homes, or high-value residential sales
Real Estate Licence and current Triennial Certificate (essential)
Strong ability to build trust with premium clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A consultative sales approach rather than transactional selling
Genuine interest in architecture, design and quality homes
Experience working with high-value property transactions or luxury residential clients will be highly regarded
